FROM DAN: I just replaced the internal workings of the (4) Frost Free Faucets on the Healing Barn exterior. The faucet only needs to be closed until you feel resistance and then stop. This allows the water to drain from inside the building so it doesn't freeze, it can take about 5 seconds to stop dripping, because there is a 3/4" line about 6" long that needs to drain out.
